Who we are
DepScore is a UK-based web tool for care home managers. This notice explains what personal data we collect through the DepScore website and waitlist, and how we use it. It is a placeholder and will be replaced with a full notice before the paid product launches.
What we collect
- Contact details you submit via the waitlist form (name, email, organisation, role).
- Technical data needed to serve the site (IP address, user agent, basic request logs).
- Aggregated, non-identifying analytics about how the marketing site is used.
Resident-level data entered into the DepScore tool is covered by a separate data processing agreement and is never used for marketing.
How we use it
We use your waitlist details to contact you about DepScore access and onboarding. We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to processing, under the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018. Email privacy@depscore.co.uk to exercise any of these rights.
Hosting & security
The DepScore website and tool are hosted in the UK. Traffic is encrypted in transit. Backups and access logs are retained for a limited period and access is restricted to named personnel.
